Clients reviews about Nuevo Plumbing, Inc

Over the last two years I’ve had the pleasure of hiring Armando at Neuevo Plumbing for all my plumbing issues at Casa de Jerardo. Toilets, drains, slab leaks, main lines, etc, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with his service. From start to finish, Armando was professional, prompt, and reliable. He responded quickly to my call and arrived on time, which was a huge relief during a stressful situation. Armando was courteous, knowledgeable, and explained the problem and solution clearly, ensuring I understood every step of the process. He has fixed all issues efficiently, leaving the workspace clean and tidy. Neuevo Plumbing’s attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set them apart. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a dependable plumbing company!Shout out to Pablo as well. ~ Teresa

I found Armando with Nuevo Plumbing Inc. through a Facebook referral page. Even though my home was outside of his service area, he still took the time to help me. Instead of just telling me he couldn't make the trip, he asked me to send him pictures, walked me through what he was seeing, and gave me honest advice about what to look for and what needed to be done. He didn't have to do any of that. I had already called several other plumbers who simply told me they couldn't help and ended the call. Armando was different. He genuinely cared about helping, even knowing there was nothing in it for him. You can tell he takes pride in his work and truly cares about doing right by people. I only wish I lived closer because he would have been the one I hired without hesitation. Thank you again, Armando, for taking the time to help a complete stranger. That kind of professionalism and integrity is hard to find these days. ~ Erika S
